Forged leaves and hooks coat rack, companion to my dovetail bench! FarmCraft101 DIY

My wife wanted a nice looking coat rack in the mud room for Christmas, so here's the result. I forged the hooks from steel rod reclaimed from an old box spring, and then forged 2 decorative leaf hooks from 1/2" mild steel bar. I used thin steel plate and a threaded stud to mount the hooks. I finished the white oak with 2 coats of danish oil. Off camera I put a coating of beeswax on all the hooks prior to final assembly. I think it turned out really nice, in fact, the finish is more to my liking than the dovetail bench. It looks much older and more traditional.
