a little while ago on instagram I asked you guys for your weird/ controversial food combos and you really pulled through! I also talk about perfectionism around food & eating disorders and challenging your fear foods, so if you are struggling with either of these, this video is for you xxxx

this is a bit of a longer one too so its ideal to use as meal support!!

this video is NOT a full day of eating. I did NOT film everything I ate. like with any what I eat in a day style video, please don't compare yourself to me... im not longer experiencing extreme hunger as severely, but when I was I was eating a LOT more than this! also, I am weight restored now, and by listening to my hunger signals I am naturally maintaining my weight. every body is different, we all require different amounts of food, and we all have a different 'happy weight'
