Testing Procedure:
1. Clean CPU and Cooler surfaces
2. Apply thermal paste per manufacturer's instructions
3. Set CPU fan speed to 100%
4. Bring testing room temp to 73°F/23°C
5. Run AIDA64 for 1hr at 100% CPU Load
6. Repeat test two more times and average temps per mode
7. Remove Cooler and inspect paste coverage
8. Re-apply and repeat testing if paste coverage was unsatisfactory
