Electrician Adventures | Ep. 5 - Machina Modus Operandum
Machines Don't live forever, and neither do we, but we keep eachother going. In this episode I repaired a completely shot Allen Bradley 10 HP AC VFD and modified the machine controls to accommodate a much more affordable YASKAWA VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) that is much more user friendly and easily modifiable without having to have the $15K software that is required to program Allen Bradley VFD's. This particular drive was installed on a BROWN brand die press designed to cut plastic fed from a thermoforming press. If you stumbled upon this video because your die press broke, you can find me if you look hard enough, or you can Call Miller Electric Company and Ask for William Edwards In Nashville TN. If you happened to enjoy the music in this video I invite you to listen to some other offerings by this wonderful band.... https://www.youtube.com/user/Three3BandMusic
