The Deltic Spy is Caught!!!

The spying and production delays on the Deltic engine have finally been resolved! The Deltic Spy has been caught red handed, er ah, red pawed!
The spy is Leon Petrovich of the KGB Feline Division, and he has been raising heck with Zontaar's efforts to get the Deltic engine back into production.
Zontaar IS indeed making progress, and will soon have a vid to prove it!
3 new Deltic engines are in various stages of production.
