Dry Retwist On Starter Locs | Palm Roll Method | Two Strand Twists

Hey guys!!! Yall can see my locs look dirty but its not thats just build up. Before this retwist I did a shake-out & it rejuvenate my locs. I didn't add no water or oil to soften up the hair for a better and faster retwist thats why it a "DRY RETWIST" all I did was spray it with my hair mist spray to moisturize it then I use LocNGel to retwist using the palm roll method for some.
