VS from dock as warship HMAS Australia comes into port. Back view as Prince Edward, Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor) and Prince Albert, Duke of York (later King George VI) going up gangplank onto ship. MV of Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester comes down from ship onto dock. MV as he is presented with an address of welcome from local dignitaries. MV as the Duke leaves on a train.
Victoria Railway Station, London. King George V and Queen Mary wait for the arrival of their sons. They are accompanied by JH Thomas Dominions Secretary) and the Duchess of York (later Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mother). Prince Henry leads the brothers of the train where they are greeted. LS as the Duke of Gloucester inspects the Guard of Honour with his father. The royal party then get into various carriages.
