2016 volvo xc90 has hard brakes diagnoses

update... 6/22/2023 the shop had me come to them and replace newer brake booster. booster had 32k miles.

after installation, I hooked up my vacuum gauge and applied the brake with engine running. vacuum held unlike one diagnosed in video.

brakes work like new on test drive!
