MEATGRINDER Russia Sent 3 Assault Waves Into a Ukrainian

Russia sent three waves at a Ukrainian treeline. Ukraine had a different tool waiting for each one.
The first wave — 60 soldiers — entered the treeline at 05:47 without taking any fire. Ukrainian infantry let every one of them cross the entry point before opening fire from positions 40 meters inside. The ambush lasted 11 minutes. Between 38 and 44 Russian soldiers were killed. The rest ran.
The second wave — 50 soldiers — was already moving when the first wave broke, committed before Russian commanders had any picture of what had happened inside the treeline. Across 280 meters of open, coverless agricultural ground with nowhere to hide, 11 confirmed kills before survivors broke. The 20 who reached the treeline were engaged by Ukrainian infantry still in position.
The third wave — 45 soldiers — crossed the start line 5 minutes after the second failed. Ukrainian mortar crews had pre-registered the exact approach corridor three days earlier. The first round landed in the center of the formation at 06:25:30 — no adjustment, direct effect from the first shot. Twenty-two rounds in four minutes. Twenty-seven killed before any of them reached the treeline. Zero reached it.
