Ingredients:
1 lb Beef
1/2 lb Beef Liver
100 grams Beef Liver (boiled & grated)
1 medium Potato (sliced into strips)
1 medium Carrots (sliced into strips)
1 piece Bell Pepper (sliced into strips)
1 can Green Peas
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 medium Onion (chopped thin)
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
3 pieces Dried Bay Leaves
1 piece Beef Broth Cubes
1 1/2 cup Water
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, put the beef stips, soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion in medium heat.
3. Put in the marinated beef. Stir occasionally. Cook until the beef turns into light brown.
4. Pour in 1 cup of water, add the beef broth cubes and the dried bay leaves. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
5. Put in the beef liver, add the vinegar and then add the grated liver. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Add 1/2 cup water and the put in the potatoes and carrots. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Add the bell pepper and green peas. Simmer for 3 - 5 more minutes.
8. Serve and Enjoy! 🍽️😊
