HOW TO MAKE VOL AU VENT IN 20 MINS

I've been getting this question a lot: "How do you make vol au vent?" Well ladies and gentlemen, today is the day that I teach you how to make HOMEMADE VOL AU VENT in 20 minutes. Usually real chefs prepare it in a couple of hours, but this is a quick alternative if you don't want to spend the whole day in the kitchen. Ps: To all chefs and kitchen enthusiasts that are watching: apologies.

Steps to make your Vol Au Vent:
1. Cook the champignons (mushrooms) and garlic
2. Add the water, cream and chicken bouillon
3. Add Maizena to thicken the sauce
4. Cook and add the chicken and soup balls
5. Add a way too much chicken spices and season with salt & pepper
6. Prepare for foodgasm. Bon Appetit!

Here are the ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200gr champignons
- 500ml water
- 500ml cream (or soya cream)
- 1 cube of chicken bouillon
- 80gr Maizena (sauce thickener)
- 300gr Chicken (or vegetarian alternative)
- 150gr soup balls (or vegetarian alternative)
- Chicken spices, salt and pepper
- Vol au vent cookie a.k.a Videekoekje
- (oven) fries
