Hierarchy of Fear

If you have the skills to sing but still feel fearful and unconfident, try this: build a hierarchy of what causes you the most fear. Start with the least anxiety-inducing situations and gradually work your way up.

🔹 Singing in the shower? 😌 Level 1 anxiety.
🔹 Singing in your apartment? 🏠 Level 2-3 anxiety.
🔹 Singing in front of friends? 👥 Level 4-5 anxiety.
🔹 Singing in front of strangers? 🚶‍♂️ Level 6-7 anxiety.
🔹 Singing on stage? 🎤 Level 10 anxiety.

Everyone's hierarchy will be different, but this systematic approach can help you build confidence slowly.
