Yo yo yo guys, as you've probably seen, Vargas is next on my hit-list. This is the first episode of the training camp, we're going to show you more than ever.

In todays session we focused mainly on shadow boxing and bag work. Followed by a bit of banter with stable mate Joe Cordina. Hopefully I'll get to show you guys that spar!
