Awesome Skiathos Takeoff Window View - 16th May 2018

Step aboard Thomas Cook Airlines Airbus A321 G-TCDV for our departure from Skiathos Airport. This time we will be taking off from the Xanemos Beach end, we get a great view of the airport and the island from overhead as we climb away direct to Manchester.

If you wish to skip straight to our takeoff role then go to 04:25, otherwise enjoy the taxi beginning from when we were pushed back by the tug and taxied across the new & extended ramp area before backtracking along the runway.

I must admit while it was novel to fly on a specially liveried aircraft I was a bit sad as I had previously flown on this aircraft when it was just a few weeks old back in it's MyTravel Airways days as G-SMTJ...
