DYANFIT | CIRCUIT WORKOUT
Working toned legs, glutes, and arms with this circuit:
1) diagonal lunge with fast feet: 10 on each side
2) squat jump: 10
3) fast feet wide and narrow with punch: 20 seconds
4) leg raises with band: 15 reps
5) leg extension back: 10 each side
6) arms series: 10 each exercise
Repeat the whole thing, should be about 25 mins.
Toning, shaping and overall body strength with one of my favourite workout gadgets - the bands. This can be done anywhere and anytime! Follow this simple routine to sculpt the glutes, legs, arms, and abs. After this 2 minute dyanfit workout, you will love the way you feel. Repeat for 3-5 sets.
