I know that this video doesn't have enough context lol. I became a Mary Kay Consultant in spring 2015 and became a sales director (top 2%) 9 months later. I remained with Mary Kay as a director for about 4 years before finally stepping down in December 2019.
this video is a chaotic mess. i didn't script it, i didn't plan it, i wasn't sure if i would ever hit "Publish." I was stomping around my house all morning, muttering to myself and freaking out my dog; i just sat down and started talking. I had something to say so I said it. I started in the middle, where i was, and worked my way out from there. If you're confused, so am I. If you have questions for me, I'm happy to answer them.
