Build a French drain. Do it yourself and save thousands. Here we are using NDS EZ Drain. Its 4" perforated pipe surrounded by Styrofoam Peanuts all encased in fabric. It is used to collect ground water. and Catch basins are used to collect surface water.

Once you have collected the water, it needs to discharge to daylight. On other words it must run downhill away from the low spots. So we are sending the water to a sup pump which lifts the water up and sends it out to the street.
