3 Most Important Things To Become A Successful Designer—Sagi Haviv

Sagi Haviv continues in the legacy of Chermayeff & Geismar in creating some of the most iconic and memorable logos. Fresh off his talk at Adobe MAX 2019, Sagi drops by our booth to have a fun and informal chat with Chris Do.

Three keys to success:
1. Always start an idea. (something new, get excited about, something only you can do that no one else can do). Know who you are and what you are good at.
2. Make sure everything you do is great. Don't compromise or make something just to get the client to approve it.
3. Be nice. Be genuine. The energy you put out into the universe will come back to you. But don't be naive.

Sagi Haviv is a partner and designer at Chermayeff & Geismar & Haviv. Among the over 60 identity programs he has designed are the logos for the US Open Tennis Championships, Leonard Bernstein at 100, Harvard University Press, Conservation International, and LA Reid’s Hitco Entertainment.
