What is the Negative Speed Force? Negative Speed Force Explained The Flash Season 5

The Negative Speed Force is an ability created by the Revere Flash to counter the Flash's Speed Force. They are constantly clashing and if one person stops running, one force will basically consume the other. The Negative Speed Force allows the Reverse Flash to do a lot of things like changing the timeline, age up and down, run back in time with no consequences and even escape death. The Negative Speed Force really is the Bee's Knees.
