Dev-log 25: Major update

Second major update in 2021. Plus, I've got a stable test version for the Quest. This time it's really coming soon!
- The academy scene is now integrated into the main menu.
- Revamped starting area.
- New HIIT dummy training mode added into the VFC academy.
- Tutorial sequences to teach new players about locomotion, rotation and punchings.
- Teleport portals added to fast travel to the dummy training and robot training areas.
- Interact with the UI by ray-castings
