Failures must resign - Itula
Independent patriots for Change (IPC) leader Panduleni Itula has compared the ruling Swapo Party to a vessel that has lost its value. He said he doesn't see why the Swapo government was still in power after its president, Hage Geingob, admitted last week it has failed to deliver prosperity to the people.
“What then has become of a hollow vessel! There are those who are still clinging on to the brand as if you are holding on to a Coca Cola bottle you enjoyed. But what you don't realise is that there is no more Coca Cola inside, but tombo. The values and principles we once stood for no longer exist . . . What do you then have to still continue holding on to that brand?” Itula asked.
