DAY IN THE LIFE! | WEEKEND COOKIN' & NO BAKE COOKIES!

Hey family!! In today's Day In The Life it's a beautiful Saturday! We get in another group of bottle calves that the kids are excited to meet! We feed them and get them off the bottles and onto grass and grain and then sell them to farmers. We usually only have them for a few months before they are ready to sell. We make some Slaw Dogs and Fish for supper and dessert is No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies!

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups quick oats

Cook sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Boil for only 1 minute and then remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, salt, peanut butter and oats. Drop by tablespoons onto parchment paper and let cool for 20-30 minutes.
Don't feel bad if these things give you trouble y'all! Sometimes they turn out for me and other times, like I said in the video, they turn into Spoon Cookies! Still good, but not as fun... LOL!
