Have you ever thought about the things you really don't want in your life? Anti-Goals is a simple but powerful tool can help you design your perfect day by focusing on those negative things.

You know what they say, it's easier to think about what we don't like than what we do like. And that's exactly what Anti-Goals is about – a reverse way of approaching the problem.

For example:
- If your worst day involves a long commute, you can set an Anti-Goal to work from home a few days a week or explore alternative modes of transportation.
- If it involves feeling overwhelmed by emails, you can set an Anti-Goal to only check your email twice a day or prioritize emails and respond only to the most important ones.
