Stalin Erased Lithuania in 10 Hours — No Shots Fired

On June 14, 1940, Lithuania went to sleep as a free country. By morning, Stalin had handed them a piece of paper — and they had 10 hours to stop existing.

No war. No invasion. Just a single ultimatum delivered before dawn.

The Soviet foreign minister demanded Lithuania accept full military occupation and install a Moscow-approved government — or face immediate attack.
