Hello Everyone,
In this video, I will walk you through setting up an Azure Function that sends email notifications for new file uploads to Azure Blob Storage. I will cover everything from creating an Azure Function 🛠️, to setting up the necessary triggers and integrations 🔌. By the end of this video, you will have a reliable and efficient solution for monitoring your Blob Storage account in real-time.

◾ How to add Function app code and Trigger.
◾ How to start a SendGrid subscription in Azure
◾ How to create and verify sender identity in SendGrid
◾How to configure Azure Function output to SendGrid
◾ Finally test the implementation by uploading a file to Azure Blob Storage.

That’s it! By following these steps, you should now have a working setup of Azure Function that will trigger the email notification upon every blob upload to the Azure Blob Storage. This use case is handy when you don’t want to implement a full-fledged alerting system.
