This workflow:
- analyses each call immediately and provides INSTANT FEEDBACK to sales rep
- uses RAG( Retrieval Augmented Generation) so that whatever feedback it gives to your sales rep are things that are grounded in your company's sales playbook and SOPs, instead of generic advice
- Provide time-stamps to each feedback
- uses a grading system + a short summary so that Managers immediately know what calls are worth paying attention to or not.
