Brian Hyland - Gypsy Woman

After his title as a Teen Idol faded, Brian Hyland continued to record music, releasing many country influenced albums, which added to his chart hits. His first big hit was with "Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini", though he carried on charting with songs such as "Sealed with a Kiss" and "Joker Went Wild".

"Gypsy Woman" was written by Curtis Mayfield and was charted by Hyland in 1971. This of the song was recorded live at Little Darlin's Rock 'n' Roll Palace, in Kissimmee, Florida.
