Bass fishing Hydrilla edges with Senkos

As we pulled into Woodscreek lake KY, i was going over all the possible options to fish at this lake. I was going to start in, on top, and beside hydrilla patches, then move off shore. I tried to show my dad how to fish a toad and backlashed and it just so happened it landed and sank on the edge of a grass patch, I pulled up a good 3lber. At that moment i remembered what Gereald Swindle told me, "When a fish gives you a sign, take advatage of it". So I pulled out my Senkos and pitched them to the edge of Hydrilla the rest of the day and bagged 8 fish. To me that showed i figured them out.
