With the Arc of Attrition just around the corner, we thought we'd make this video to try and settle any nerves that runners might be having with the build up to race day.

Having run the race 4 times myself I've made many mistakes along the way and thought it would be a good idea to pass on some of the experiences I've had and the things I've learnt racing in the Arc of Attrition.
