Painting ugly cushions instead of reupholstering

Latex paint: highly recommended flat. Or semi gloss for a leather look.

Fabric medium: this is the one I used.

Wet the cushion evenly before you start.
I highly recommend 4 coats.
Let each coat dry for 24 hrs
Sand with 200grit sand paper before each coat.

I'm doing it more for looks. I'm about to put my house on the market and need to stage the house. It feels like an outdoor cushion.
