Using composite structures for shells

When a Shell is created, the program first internally generates a so-called membrane based on its defining components. These are the Extrusion Vector and the Profile Polygon in case of Extruded Shells... Revolution Axis and Profile Polygon in case of Revolved Shells... and two Profile Polygons in case of Ruled Shells.
