The event is scheduled for Thursday, May 30th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Although it's held at a bar, the focus is entirely on wellness. Melissa describes Brewhalla as feeling almost like being in a city like Denver, highlighting its fresh and vibrant atmosphere. For those who haven't visited Brewhalla, it's described as a place that feels less like Fargo and more like a bustling urban venue.

The WellFest will be set up in a large event space known as the Magic Factory within Brewhalla. This spacious area will be packed with vendors and practitioners providing various services. Attendees can expect an interactive experience with numerous activities and workshops. Melissa emphasizes that the event is designed to be a celebration, with something new happening every half hour.

Upon entering WellFest, guests will find a dedicated kids' area right at the entrance. This section will feature FM Aerial Arts, with previous guest Yvette performing aerial demonstrations. Alison GP from Yuge Yoga will lead a kids' yoga workshop, and a talented henna artist will be present to create beautiful designs. Additionally, there will be wellness-themed coloring pages and worksheets for kids to enjoy.

One of the highlights of the kids' area is a positive self-talk mantra workshop facilitated by a remarkable nine-year-old. This young instructor is described as wise beyond his years and is sure to inspire attendees of all ages. Melissa emphasizes the importance of integrating wellness into everyday life and making it a family affair.

In the main event space, there will be 31 different vendors and practitioners from various wellness businesses around town. Notable participants include Healing Arts Chiropractic, Apex Physical Therapy, and Bestow Counseling. Practitioners will offer services such as chair massages and PEMF mats, creating an engaging and hands-on experience for attendees.

Melissa also mentions that WellFest is a free event, making it accessible to the entire community. While some practitioners may charge for their services, the entry to the event and many activities will be free of charge.
