Poland: Russian 'Night Wolves' bikers denied entry at Polish-Belarusian border

A group of seven bikers from the Russian 'Night Wolves' group attempted to cross the Belarus-Poland border in Terespol on Sunday, but were turned back by Polish border guards after a two-hour session of questioning.

SOT, Dariusz Siennnicki, Polish border guard spokesperson (Polish): "The travelers were handed an administrative decision, in which a ban on entry to the territory of the RP [Republic of Poland] was laid out. The reason for the ban on entry into the territory of the RP was the vulnerability of the public order and security of the state."

SOT, Wiktor Wegrzyn, 'commodore' of Polish bikers club 'Katyn Raid' (Polish): "I consider the decision to be disgraceful, morally disgraceful and essentially stupid, false; since to say [the Night Wolves' entry] threatens the security and order of Poland is just pathetic and ridiculous."
