HOME DECOR HAUL | WEST ELM HARMONY SOFA + REVIEW 🤬

Hey Foxx Squad! In today's video I am sharing my West Elm Harmony Sofa Review. At the beginning of 2021 I decided to add new Home Decor to my family room. We wanted a sofa that is comfortable so we could cuddle up on it to watch tv in front of the fireplace. I was considering buying the Restoration Hardware Cloud sofa but decided to go for something less expensive but with the same comfort. I read dozens of reviews on different dupes and decided to go with the West Elm Harmony sofa after visiting their showroom and sitting on the couch. The reviews of the Harmony sofa were mostly positive and recommended buying the #WestElm sofa instead of the Restoration Hardware sofa.

Believe me I did my research!

I ordered the sofa back in February 2021. After waiting a little over 4 months the sofa that was delivered it did not meet my expectations. The sofa is no where near as comfortable as the sofa in the showroom. The upholstery is HORRIBLE. The sofa came with black spots on multiple places. It is a complete disaster. I sent pictures to the William Sonoma and was told a replacement sofa would be built and shipped within 4 weeks, it has been over 5 months and a day or two away from finally receiving my sofa. I would have requested a refund but I had already ordered the chair to go with the sofa. and they wouldn't cancel my chair order. What would the point have been of having the Harmony Chair without the sofa 🤦🏾‍♀️.
