Hitendra Wadhwa is an award-winning Professor of Practice at Columbia Business School and founder of the Institute for Personal Leadership (www.PersonalLeadership.com), which is at the forefront of developing a rigorous new discipline of Personal Leadership that integrates the fields of leadership and personal growth, based on latest scientific research and studies of great leaders. Dr. Wadhwa has nearly two decades of experience in strategy consulting, quantitative marketing and executive training with firms including McKinsey & Company and ADA; his recent consulting and executive-training clients include American Express, JP Morgan Chase, Microsoft, Pfizer and the Godrej Group (India). A dynamic entrepreneur, he is also the founder of Strategy Consulting Bootcamp and Delphinity, an innovation-capability building firm; in 1999, he co-founded and led Paramark, a Top 100 Internet Technology firm that developed the first real-time experimentation platform for digital marketing. Dr. Wadhwa received his MBA and Ph.D. from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and his B.A. from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
