I'M GETTING A NEW ROOF! We're going to be talking about the process, how to specify it, why I like metal roofs, and I'll show you a few install methods you probably seen before. FYI I didn’t get into exact pricing in the video but generally this type of installation will run you $350-550/ square for this type of metal roof. Depends on market prices on labor and roof complexity bu that will get you in the ballpark. Remember that metal is a commodity and fluctuations can occur in pricing.
