How to Start A Home Garage Gym

This video shows how to get your home garage gym started and shows some equipment that you might want to outfit your gym with. The equipment was purchased through Amazon (Amazon.com) , PRX Performance (prxperformance.com), Sunny Health and Fitness (sunnyhealthfitness.com), Tractor Supply Store, Costco (Costco.com) , and a local commercial/residential fitness equipment seller. There are many choices for gym equipment including used equipment, which has been difficult to find in my area. When it comes to choosing a weight/squat rack, there are stand alone racks that sell for $100 to $500, if you don't want the option of pushing the rack against your wall for extra floor space.
