Finding God in Family Life | How-to-Live Talk With Meditation

Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Ishtananda shares wisdom from the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda on how to experience the Divine in family life.

As seekers we are looking to experience everlasting joy within ourselves, and to learn how to share that joy with others.

Our family life provides a beautiful opportunity for cultivating and expressing that blissful consciousness. As serviceful acts of divine love and friendship loosen the hold of the ego, we are better able to understand and bring out more of our true soul nature.

This inspirational service was given at the SRF temple in San Diego, California, on September 25, 2022.
