There are some performance upgrades, a magic keyboard, but besides that it is pretty much the same.

So Apple set the MacBook Air 2020 up with the 10th Gen Intel Processors, Intel Iris Graphics, and a Magic Keyboard. It still has the same Retina display that is amazing, a slightly larger and heavier form factor, and you can even power a 6K monitor from it!
