How To Do Inchworm | Exercise Demo

This exercise demo shows how to perform Inchworm with correct form.

This exercise will strengthen your anterior chain, whilst stretching your posterior chain. The Inchworm is great as a warm-up for strength training, as it works the entire body and gets your blood pumping!

Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your back straight, then reach down with your hands towards the floor (just in front of your feet), allowing your back to bend forward gradually and your knees to bend slightly. As your hands reach the floor, begin to shift your weight forwards, walking out on your hands.
