How Greg Morris Passed His PMP After His Third Try

After failing his PMP exam his first 2 times, Greg P. Morris, Master Chief Petty Officer at U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, passed his PMP on his third try.

Here are his lessons learned:
- Do 200 question exams to ensure that you - you can do this through an xbox to make it fun!
- Make up acronyms and phrases for yourself for common exam topics
- Memorize all your formulas (e.g. earned value managements)
- Go through ExamsPM’s prep course
- You got to see it in order to manifest it
- Learn how all the process groups, knowledge areas, and processes link together
- Don’t rely on real life experiences; do things the PMI way
- Understand the context to the questions to help you choose the correct answers
- Don’t give up and don’t get discouraged!
- If you see yourself as a project manager, getting PMP certified will really help.
