PASTORS DON’T GROW CHURCHES LEADERS DO
Traditionally a pastors role is to nurture, care for shepherd and feed people and we all need some of that.
However that is management not leadership and to keep growing we need more leaders not more pastors.
Many leaders are trapped inside a pastors identity and are afraid to be strong and lead in case the church think they’re in need of a sabbatical 😂..
The church needs the leadership genie to escape the pastoral lamp and for it never to go back in.
