HOW TO Install/Replace Defective AvinUSA 12" Android Head Unit in E70 X5 *Do not buy from AvinUSA*

Long video with lots of ranting. I haven't had the unit for 5 months before it became unusable. Many emails were sent back and forth to customer support to address the multitude of issues I've been having since purchasing 4.5 months ago. Luckily it was still under warranty, but I'm now required to pay for return shipping increasing my overall costs to well over $500 for a unit that squeaks and will most likely fail again.
