Japanese Art Critique

When you come to Japan you come with a lot of expectations. These in many ways can lead to disappointments. We are thinking one thing will happen and the reality of what actually occurs while teaching can be a disappointment. However, on the other side of the coin, sometimes we find the very face of god. These students with their passion to learn and create may at times come to you with art. Art that is so good, so awe inspiring, that we may die peacefully afterwards, our lives feeling completed, gifted with a fleeting moment, knowing that we've glimpsed raw immaculate perfection.
