98 Honda Accord rear door handle and child safety lock fix

Not the best quality video but the solution to the problem is contained.
This video is to show how to open rear door when outside handle breaks and the child safety switch is activated and inside handle will not work also.
The only way to remove the outside handle is thru access from the inside with door panel removed.
