Clear all Xbox Live credentials

Try Click Start → Type 'Credential Manager' → Windows Credentials. In Generic credential you need to scroll to the bottom and delete ''Xbl DeviceKey'' and then REBOOT your PC.

Basically this will force the pop-up sign in window the next time you run the game and you'll just need to sign into your profile again.

Restart your router (Power Cycle)

Try connecting to a different network, such as using your phone's hotspot or a different Wi-Fi network.
