Community mobilization by Kamal Rai at Pamphok JHS / SS

Community Engagement in the holistic development of the students and the school is very crucial. Therefore being a I tried my best to motivate the community and the parents for their selfless contribution towards the school. From Shramdaan to Funds donation every individual had willingly contributed. Some wellwisher donated plots for the construction of 4-rooms and 10- rooms school building. Incharge of MGNERGA had also helped the school in every construction work. Because of their dedication and commitment today Pamphok JHS became Pamphok SS.
Due to the low enrollment in the school this year only the state government had shut down some of the schools and downgraded the other school to lower grade but Pamphok is the school which was upgraded to Secondary School. Also because of the improvement in quality of education and winning the trust of the parents the lone stand Private school had been shut down in the year 2022.
