Professor Cary Cooper: What affects well-being in the workplace?
In December 2011 Cary spoke at the Business Well-Being Network annual conference.
Cary's positive message was that we know a lot about how to create 'happiness' at a business level and in the wider community. But he called for more senior well-being champions who are able to move our understanding from rhetoric to action.
