hooked up the audio slider in the ESC menu and hooked up the resolution.
I also added Vulkan support to hopefully stop the issues people have been having (auto detects AMD GPU etc aswell)! I do not have nor do i know anyone with an AMD GPU so please let me know if the fix did not work, thank you :)

app/window glue, pause+settings menu, online config, post-FX, mid-asm
hooks, build config. No game code or assets (generated/ + assets/ are
provided by the user from their own copy).
