Sunshine and spring days| making a plant bed, baking cake jars, and yummy cottage cheese salad bowl

The spring weather in Colorado has been all over the place! Its been warm, rainy, and we even had a super late frost with some snow! I decided to take full advantage of a weekend of sunshine to be outside as much as possible. We're baking, making coffee, creating a plant bed, planting flowers, and eating spring food. It was the best weekend!
